Presti provides clients with a high degree of flexibility when personalizing their new home. Clients are welcome to either bring their own plans or meet with the Presti team to have a custom set of plans prepared.
Building on your land
The location of a new home should reflect the client’s lifestyle and needs. Therefore, Presti offers the option to build on the client’s own land. If the client already purchased a lot, Presti can discuss the possibility of building one of their models on it or designing a custom home to fit the specifications of the land.
Every client who purchases a Presti home works directly with the Project Manager. The Project Manager keeps clients informed about the construction process, updates them on selection deadlines and organizes appointments with suppliers. All questions that clients have regarding the construction of their new home are answered promptly by the Project Manager via the Presti client portal.
Presti is committed to offering all customers a prompt and efficient after-sale service with the use of their online Customer Support Portal. Should any problem arise, clients can make a report by filling out a simple online form and Presti will take the necessary steps to determine the appropriate solution. Clients who are not familiar with the use of online forms are welcome to transmit their requests by fax or phone. Regardless of the system used, all requests receive the same prompt attention.
